One airline in China has just elevated their dress code to new altitudes by providing their crew members with stylish haute couture attires that seem to be taken straight out of a fashion store cover.
Hainan Airlines have collaborated with designer Laurence Xu who introduced the new garb at the Paris Couture Week. Inspired by the’ Cheongsam’, a usual Chinese dress, the uniform peculiarity a merger between the modern Western-style fashion trends and traditional Chinese artistry factors like vapour draws, movements and even the Chinese mythological fledgling- the Roc.
“The cooperation between Hainan Airline and Lawrence Xu is industry conducting. We are not only creating a new dres but also indicating the internationalized image of our airline. Peculiarly on international roads, we would like to let passengers know that China is modern and stylish, ” remarked Xu Fei, symbol administrator of Hainan Airlines.
Men’s version of the uniform are rather little extravagant and Western-looking, with double-breasted overcoats and smaller the components of the usual Chinese culture.
