If you have a bad customer service know-how, there are appropriate and inappropriate ways to determine that known. People who interact with the public have difficult jobs, but they’re not ever perfect, and sometimes a foreman needs to know about an employee’s behaviour. What is utterly never acceptable is onslaught an employee on the job. And what one dissatisfied bus passenger did to the operator is inconceivable.
